Time is such a gift, and when you get to meet with yourself every now and then, it can be so refreshing as you reflect and recapture your dreams and aspirations; where you are, where you have been and where you want to travel to next.
Occasional solitude allows you to be free of the expectations and requests of others... to reflect on who you are alone, and importantly to establish how that transcends into who you are in the company of others.
I think sometimes we are afraid of being alone.. afraid of who we might meet when we go there, but at least if that's what you discover, you also find the opportunity to create something different....
Time alone used to be something I feared, but over the years I have come to treasure it..... it is a rare and beautiful thing....
